You can pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card: MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®. Yes, all Rose Cardinal products are gift wrapped in a luxury box or gift envelope with a ribbon. 

You can track your order on the DHL website. Simply enter the tracking number you were given in your dispatch confirmation email. This tracking number is also available in the order section of your Rose Cardinal account.

Rose Cardinal products that are in stock are shipped with DHL Express the next working day following your order. Delivery usually takes between 48 and 72 hours depending on your location on the globe.

Because we manufacture our designs in limited quantities, it is possible that items listed on our website become back-ordered.

Items on backorder are clearly marked as such and you will systematically be contacted by a member of the team when you purchase an item on back-order.

If a design is sold out it will be permanently removed from our online store.

All our scarves are hand-made in Italy.

All our products are prepared and wrapped in the Isle of Man in the Rose Cardinal studios.

Every order we receive is dealt with on the Isle of Man by Rose Cardinal. We do not delegate packing to a logistic partner. Your order will be wrapped by us and handed over for delivery to our trusted DHL courier.

Please read at the care label attached to your scarf. We recommend that you avoid washing your scarves and entrust them to your dry cleaner, who will clean them professionally and pay careful attention to their hand-rolled edges.
