When you buy your Rose Cardinal item we want you to do so with certainty, love, and trust that you are doing what will best serve you.
We thank you for choosing Rose Cardinal for your purchases. We always strive to provide you with the best products and services possible and we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible. However, we prefer to avoid returns whenever possible as it results in additional costs and time loss for both our customers and our business as well as unnecessary environmental pollution.
Our approach is unusual, but truth be told, we prefer to miss a sale then have that sale come back to us in the form of a return.
Please, if you have any doubts about a product or if you need additional information before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to talk with you and assist you in making an informed decision and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your Rose Cardinal product.
We believe this approach will help avoid any disappointment and frustration associated with returns, for the benefit of all parties involved.

If, however, there is a cause for an item to be returned, contact us and we will give you the correct return address : shop@rosecardinal.com .
RETURNS :
- Are at the client's cost.
- Must be posted with tracking and cleared of all duty.
- Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order (Delivery date on tracking).
- Must be impeccable, no traces of perfume, foundation, folds (for our scarves) and no scratch marks (for our leathers)... If an item is deemed unfit by us to be reintroduced in our stock to be sold it will be sent back to you.
- Must be fully packages as received (labels, dust bags, boxes...)
- We do not take back items that have been personalised or engraved.
