However, we prefer to avoid returns whenever possible as it results in additional costs and time loss for both our customers and our business as well as unnecessary environmental pollution.

    Our approach is unusual, but truth be told, we prefer to miss a sale then have that sale come back to us in the form of a return.

    If, however, there is a cause for an item to be returned, contact us and we will give you the correct return address : .


    • Are at the client's cost.
    • Must be posted with tracking and cleared of all duty.
    • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order (Delivery date on tracking).
    • Must be impeccable, no traces of perfume, foundation, folds (for our scarves) and no scratch marks (for our leathers)... If an item is deemed unfit by us to be reintroduced in our stock to be sold it will be sent back to you.
    • Must be fully packages as received (labels, dust bags, boxes...)
    • We do not take back items that have been personalised or engraved.
